There were leaked images from the Adidas factory in Asia of what it happens to be the new home and away soccer jerseys for the 2011/12 seasons of the popular club based in Amsterdam, Ajax.
The home soccer jersey remains its classic design; however, the major difference can be seen on its alternative jersey.
The home (thuisshirt) is practically the same design as the previous edition, except its collar that has a bicolor (red outside, white inside) polo neck. The shirt keeps its main characteristics a white background with a wide red central vertical stripe. The cuffs are now red highlighted with white edges. The white Adidas Logo was placed on the right side inside the central stripe while in the opposite, but still inside the stripe the club’s badge in a white color, the sponsor Aegon is under these last two, in white letters and the “A” in red with a tilted white square.
The away soccer jersey (uitshirt) brings back a combination (designs and color) not worn since the season 2002-03. The shirt is mainly sky blue with different tonalities of the same color in vertical stripes. The collar has a cut in “v” inside being white and its edges black. Adidas three stripes are on its shoulders all the way to half of its sleeves. The sponsor is in black letters, the “A” in white with a black background, and of top it the black Adidas logo (right side) and on the opposite the club’s badge.
