Bayer 04 Leverkusen, a German soccer club based in Leverkusen, North Rhine-Westphalia, and current 2010-11 Bundesliga runner-ups presented its new home soccer jersey for the 2012/13 season made by Adidas.
Bayer 04 will start the new 2012/13 campaign in the traditional club colours of red and black. Leverkusen have worked with their established kit supplier adidas and again opted for this pwerful combination of colours. The red shirt also has black pinstripes and other elements in a contrasting colour. One special detail is a high-quality stitched ‘Werkself’ lettering on the back of the shirt.
Bayer 04 club captain Simon Rolfes was thrilled: “The new shirt conveys a cool and great feeling and is really comfortable.” Germany team-mate André Schürrle was also impressed by the lightness of the material and the design of the shirt.
