The Chilean national soccer team represents Chile in all major international competitions. The team is controlled by the Federacion de Futbol de Chile which was established in 1895. They are managed by the Argentine Claudio Borghi, and currently in the 13th place of the FIFA ranking. Over the course of this week they have presented its new home and away soccer jerseys for the 2012/13 season made by Puma which will see action when “La Roja” meets Ghana in an international friendly to be played on February the 29th.
The new home soccer jersey keeps its traditional red color with white details on it. On the front side there is a darker color red band that was placed at the chest level. The white Puma logo is on the right side of it while the Chilean national badge on the left one. It has a round collar neck with white on its sides, and the Chilean flag on its inner side. There are no details on its shoulders and they are followed by red sleeves with the white Puma cat on either side.
On the other hand, the away soccer jersey is mostly white with blue and details on it. On the front side there is blue diagonal band that starts at the right shoulder all the way to the left side of the shirt. On the upper right is the white puma logo while on the opposite and inside a red vertical stripe is the Chilean national badge. It has a white round collar neck with the Chilean flag on its inner back. There are no details on its shoulder and they are followed by white sleeves with a blue Puma cat logo on either side.
