Wycombe Wanderers Football Club an English professional soccer club from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, which has been relegated to Football League Two after finishing 21st in the Football League One in the 2011-12 presented its new 125th anniversary home soccer jersey for the 2012/13 season.
Wycombe Wanderers are delighted to present their 125th anniversary home kit for the 2012/13 season. Designed by Kukri Sports, the new strip was unveiled for the first time in the Vere Suite ahead of the Wycombe Legends v Ex-Royals game at Adams Park.
Based on the Chairboys’ original shirt from 1887, it features light and dark blue halves and the same collar and button design.
It also incorporates the new crest which was specially designed for this season and includes beech leaves to represent the town’s chair-making roots.
The club’s quartered design, which is symbolic of the Blues’ recent history, is retained in the label inside the shirt.
